1.Product Introduction Gold Separation Equipment
The Mercury-Free Gold Recovery Trommel System is an environmentally responsible mining solution designed to eliminate the need for chemical amalgamation. Traditional artisanal mining often relies on mercury to capture fine gold, resulting in severe toxic contamination. This system replaces chemicals with advanced physical separation technology. By combining high-energy scrubbing (trommel) with high-G force concentration (centrifugal concentrator or specialized shaking tables), it achieves superior recovery rates—especially for fine "flour" gold—while keeping the process 100% mechanical and non-toxic.

3.Working Principle Gold Separation Equipment
Mechanical Liberation: The trommel uses high-pressure water and internal lifters to scrub the ore. This ensures that every gold particle is physically "freed" from clay and dirt, which is the first step in avoiding the need for mercury.
G-Force Concentration: Instead of using mercury to "attract" gold, the slurry is fed into a Centrifugal Concentrator. This machine spins the material, using centrifugal force to trap heavy gold in riffles while washing away lighter sand.
Gravity Finishing: The high-grade concentrate is then processed on a Shaking Table. The table uses a vibrating, tilted surface and water film to separate gold by density. Because the gold is already concentrated, it can be collected directly as "gravity gold."
Direct Smelting: The final clean gold powder is dried and melted in a high-temperature furnace (often with borax) to produce gold bars, bypassing the hazardous "burning" of mercury amalgams.
