Primary applications include iron ore classification in Brazilian processing plants where the screen separates crushed ore into lump (+6.3mm), sinter feed (1-6.3mm), and pellet feed (-1mm) fractions for Vale-type beneficiation circuits. For bauxite beneficiation operations in Pará state, the GLS screen performs washing and classification of ROM bauxite, removing clay and silica fines (-0.5mm) while classifying washed bauxite into export-grade size fractions. The anti-clogging screen panel design is particularly effective for these high-moisture applications where conventional woven wire screens would blind within hours of operation. Additional applications include aggregate and manufactured sand production, coal preparation plant sizing, gold heap leach agglomeration feed preparation, and phosphate rock desliming. The quick-change screen panel design enables aperture changes within 2-3 hours per deck, supporting flexible production scheduling for multi-product operations.

Packaging & Quality Assurance

Each GLS probability screen is factory assembled and test-run for a minimum of 2 hours at full vibration amplitude with vibration analysis data captured at multiple measurement points to verify uniform amplitude distribution across the screen deck. Screen panel fitment is verified on every deck, and weld integrity is confirmed via magnetic particle inspection of all structural joints.
