Luoyang Ouzheng Trading Co., Ltd is founded in 2003, which is who-owned subsidiary of Henan Fuyide Industrial Co., Ltd.
At present, the factory covers an area of 50, 000 m³ with more than 300 employees and almost 20 senior engineers.
We have established long-term cooperation with high quality raw material suppliers, has stable high-quality raw materials supply channels, such as cold rolling steel plate and environmental epoxy resin powder to ensure product quality from the source.
Besides, We have the latest automatic NC decoiling line, CNC punching machine,advanced laser cutting equipment, imported Salvagnini P4Xe Automatic panel bender from Italy,automatic welding by robot; laser welding equipment, automatic spray coating lines, automatic packaging equipment and other advanced equipment etc.
We had imported advanced Salvagnini P4Xe Automatic panel bender from Italy. The equipment can improve the accuracy and ensure product consistency with reliable property . A pair of universal bending mold, which can finish most of the bending without being replaced. Besides, it can process the parts of which the length is up to 2500mm,the width is up to 1500mm and the range of the thickness is from 0.5mm to 2.0mm.this machine can process one part within 30 seconds to fulfill the capacity of diversified production.
The factory is specialized in steel filing cabinet, steel locker, cupboard, mobile pedestal, office desk, book shelves, goods rack etc with customers around the world. In addition, before the production, QC shall test the toughness, flatness, thickness of steel plates, and ensure plate size error is within the allowable range, surface is smooth and free from concave and burr. Then, workers shall fill in process card then will move to the following procedure of laser cutting .The workers will produce according to the operating instructions and drawings strictly to guarantee the accuracy of side cutting and punching.,which the tolerance is within 0.1mm.
Before packaging, QC will overall check the whole structure, surface and parts.,etc by pre- assembly. At packaging, workers must strictly follow export transportation standard to do package and make sure the quantity of parts are correct and the layout is suitable and firm.

Prepare and choose the best raw material

Using the CNC technology to cut steel sheets in a accurately size and punch necessary holes or shapes on it.
