Production Technology:

Laser cutting material, precision accuracy error is controlled within 0.2mm.

Traditional cutting machine to cut the material, the error range is 0.5MM.

Welding Process:

Projection welding: back top strengthen, back bottom strengthen, door, top, bottom and beam.
