Powder bag-feeding packaging machine
Working principle: Put the packaging bag into the bag storage device of the equipment in advance, and the equipment automatically completes the processes of bag taking, date printing, bag opening, metering and blanking, and sealing. First, the mechanical claw takes the bag and sends it to the designated location. After printing the production date, the bag opening mechanism opens the bag, and the metering device accurately fills the powder material into the bag under the instruction of the controller, and finally the heat sealing device seals it.
Structural composition
Bag feeding system: It includes bag storage, bag taking mechanical claws, etc., which can store a large number of packaging bags and accurately take and put bags.
Measuring system: Commonly used screw metering machines, driven by stepper motors or servo motors to rotate the screw, accurately control the filling amount of powder materials.
Bag opening and sealing system: The bag opening mechanism is designed for different bag openings, such as zipper bags have special bag opening devices; the sealing part has a heat sealer, and the packaging bag is sealed by heating and pressurizing.
Control system: PLC plus touch screen human-machine interface is used to set packaging parameters, monitor operating status, fault alarm and diagnosis
