Shanghai Vart Industry Co., Ltd is located in a beautiful industry park in Shanghai China.
We involve in printing and packaging since 2007, now we cover an area of 2000 square meters, have about 80 employees in workshop. We have 2 sets new Komori offset press, 2 sets automatic lamination machines and one set automatic pasting boxes machine. We introduced advanced automatic machines for telescope boxes, and 3 production lines to match automatic capacity.
We have 2 separate brands vartpack and vartgames. Vartpack is providing service for traditional printing and packaging products like cosmetic cardboxes rigid boxes, we have serviced about 300 clients from more than 10 countries like USA, UK, Australia and etc.
Vartgames is a new brand for boardgames, we have an experienced team to provide one-stop service for boardgame manufacturing. We do paper parts in house, and have stable outsource partners for accessories. We focus to be the one of the top manufacturers and suppliers for board games, card games, game accessories. We support 3rd party inspection like SGS, BV, Intertek, our products can match the stringent EN71 or ASTM F963 requirements.

2007-involves in printing and packaging.
2009-begin business on boardgame being partner with trading company and other purchasing agents in Shanghai.
2013-get orders directly from the end board game designed company.
2016-serve over 100 clints of board games worldwide.
2018-we cover an area of 2000 square meters, have about 80 employees in workshop. We have 2 sets new Komori offset press, 2 sets automatic lamination machines and one set automatic pasting boxes machine.
2019-now we've cooperate with some big board game companies,say GMT. |
| Service: | Consultation: Our experienced team can work with you to understand the technical requirements, we can help you to select the right materials to fit the quality, the fix the sizes to save cost. Any questions you meet in designing your games, you can come to us for consultation.
Quotation: Vartgames are glad to quote for your projects! Once we get your specifications on your games, we estimate the prices after we confirm every details on each item. If you provide the delivery address, we also can estimate the delivery cost.
Design verification: Once we get your artwork, our pre-press department will check them and make sure your files are fit for our printed requirements. We usually provide a list of feedback if there are problems. You can send us the artwork for check before you sign the contract or invoice to save time.
Pre-production After we confirm the artwork, we will start to make samples, usually we provide digital printed sample for you to check, we will provide the material samples together if the digital sample is without actual material. We will provide the customized sample last which need moulds.
Mass production
Once the customer is fully satisfied with samples, we can start mass production of the game. Of course, we should receive the prepayment first. After the mass production is finished, we will send you 1 or 2 sets samples of the mass-produced game quality checks.
Production inpection Vartgames supports 3rd party inspections such as SGS. We have experience in providing products and components to match the stringent EN71 or ASTM F963 requirements for children games. We will advise you on these requirements from the beginning of the consultation and throughout the production process. The cost should be afforded by clients.
Packaging Vartgames use strong enough 5 layer corrugated cartons to pack boardgames. These cartons can be palletized and shrink wrapped or floor loaded. Our standard pallets we used are 1.1*1.1m, and 0.8*1.2m. If you have special request on mark and pallets, should tell us in advance.
Shipping: Vartgames can deliver goods from our factory to your destination, the shipping terms can be ex-work, FOB, CIF and DDU. We can ship games by sea, air or land depending on your budget and timing need. Balance payment should be made at this stage. |
