The Peanut Chopping Machine is engineered to chop roasted peanuts into various size pieces. This industrial chopper processes split blanched peanuts, with the final products being ideal for doughnut topping, ice cream topping, bread baking, sundaes, cookies, brownies, and salads.
This advanced chopping system features a two-stage process. When split blanched peanuts are fed into the chopper via the vertical conveyor, the material is first chopped into coarse grain by the initial chopping device, then flows into the second stage chopping to become mixing granulators. With the integrated vibrating sifter, the chopped material is sorted into 4 uniform specifications. Typically, the chopped sizes are divided into 5-8 mesh, 8-10 mesh, 10-12 mesh, with material below 12 mesh achieving a powder texture.
