Can it print batch reports directly at the machine?
Yes. Printer provides online printing of batch reports, and all production data can also be exported by USB. An optional 21 CFR Part 11 module adds electronic signatures and a full audit trail for regulated environments.

Through the touchscreen HMI, operators enter target tablet parameters and the PLC-driven servo system automatically adjusts filling depth and compression pressure. This fully automatic precision adjustment removes operator dependence and improves run-to-run reproducibility.
