The usage and characteristic

This water-cooling single screw plastic pellet making machine is one stage plastic regenerative pelletizer, which is suitable for many kinds plastic waste materials recycling and making pellet, such as PP, HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE Film and clean woven/nonwoven bag materials, etc. The film can be pressed in compressor and then be pelleted.
And also has very developed design, makes sure this machine has a long working life and economical efficiency in using.

2.1 Water ring pelletizer

This machine is equipped with gearbox specially-designed for hard tooth face ; 38CrMoALA nitrided screw and barrel; non-stop screen-changer, cooling water tank, blower fan, hob-style granule-cutter. It is suitable for the recycling and pelletizing of PP, PE, PS, PET, ABS, PC, PVC, ect.

Machine consists of:

Belt conveyor → Compression barrel → Efficient extruder → Non-stop hydraulic screen filter changer → Water ring cutting → Centrifugal dehydrator machine →Vibration machine → Air conveying system → Storage silo

Strand type pelletizing Machine consists of:

Single screw extruder→mastermatch feeder→Screen changer→Strand die head→Water cooling tank→Pelletizer→Vibrating screen→fan transportation and cyclone

2.3 Hot cutting pelletizng line. PVC pelletizing line. WPC WPE pelletizing line.

This process is mainly used for pelletizing of materials that are likely to absorb water,or are not easily dewatered for dried, or to which moisture content may result in adverse effect on quality. As materials never contact with water during the whole pelletizing process, there is no need to remove water.

This product is widely used in wood plastic granulation and PVC modified materials, such as PP/PE+ wood powder, PVC+CaCO3,etc.

Machine consists of PVC WPC pelletizing line:

Double screw extruder→Die head→Vibration screen→three-stage air conveying system.

2.4.Two steps pelletizer production line

The capacity can be 200-800kg/h according requirement
This machine is used to pelletizing recycled material
Screen exchanger will make sure the extruded granule is purity;
The raw material can be PE/PP/PS/ABS scrap

Machine consists of:

Two sets of single screw extruder→Die and Mould→Cooling Sink→Pelletizer→Fetch water device→Hydraulic pressure station→Pressure sensor→Automatic control system→Spiral feeding machine.
