Cause

How It Works

The solvent manager draws from four channels, proportioning gradients via high-speed solenoid valves before a serial dual-piston pump pushes the mobile phase into the autosampler. The sample is injected into a low-dispersion needle seat; the column compartment temperature is controlled to ±0.1°C. As components elute, the DAD continuously captures full spectra.
