Product Overview:

High-performance one-way coffee degassing valves, specially designed for roasted coffee bags. Releases built-up CO₂ while blocking oxygen ingress, preserves coffee aroma & freshness. Food-safe silicone material, easy heat sealing, custom available for your coffee packaging project.

Roasted coffee continuously releases carbon dioxide after packaging. Our one-way degassing valve solves this challenge perfectly: lets excess CO₂ escape from the bag, stops outside oxygen from entering, protecting your coffee’s original flavor and extending shelf life.

How It Works


Freshly roasted coffee beans release large amounts of CO₂ after packing.
  1. Internal CO₂ accumulates inside the coffee bag and raises pressure.
  2. The internal pressure pushes open the silicone diaphragm of the valve, gas flows out.
  3. When internal pressure drops, the silicone membrane resets and seals tightly.
  4. External oxygen & moisture cannot flow back into the bag, locking coffee aroma.
