There are three decisions you have to make and then we can guide you through the rest of process.
A. Establish your budget. How much do you have available for a playground ? Remember to allow taxes, freight, installation and customization if desired.
B. Determine your location clearances. What is the desired footprint, including width, depth and height of playground? How many floors you going to make? Any building pole inside? Which side of the playground you would like to make a entrance and exit gate?
C. Indentify your playground objectives. What about your playground is most important to you and to your customers? Is it themed or any other style you like the playground looks to be? What’s the targeted age group? Do you have a wish of primary components?
The answers to these questions will help us design the playground that best suits your needs.
Q2: How long does it take to get a plan or drawing ?
If you have all of the basic items above before you call us that will expedite the process. 2 to 4 days is our usual turnaround time for an initial design and quote. If you have a large or complex project that requires theme development, it may take a bit longer.
Q3: What is your warranty ?
We warrants that our playgrounds will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date the play union installation is completed. Our sales representatives are glade to discuss with you the details of our limited warranty.
Q4: Do you sell “used” equipment ?
No! Playground equipments is required to meet stringent safety standards. Used equipment may not meet those requirements as we cannot certify how well they were maintained. HAPPY ISLAND only sales OEM factory new equipment to ensure a quality product.
Q5: Does your equipment meet CE and other international codes ?
We designs and build our equipment to meet US safety standard for CE and German standards for GS. Some countries utilize different standards. If you have questions about whether a specific playground components meet another country’s standards, just ask and we will deal it for you.
