All staff have rich practical experience in the drilling machinery industry. 1. R&D & Technical Team
The technical team consists of professional mechanical engineers and drilling technology technicians. They keep upgrading equipment structures according to field construction feedback and geological conditions, optimize hydraulic systems, transmission parts and crawler walking performance. The team is capable of designing customized machines for special drilling demands, solving common equipment defects including oil leakage and insufficient hydraulic pressure, and compiling bilingual operation and maintenance manuals. 2. Production & Processing Team
The factory has skilled lathe workers, welders, assemblers and fitters. Most frontline production workers have long-term experience in machining drilling equipment. Strict operating standards are followed in cutting, welding, assembly and installation. Every finished machine is assembled and adjusted carefully to guarantee stable mechanical performance. 3. Quality Inspection Team
Independent QC staff carry out full-process testing. Company Development Milestones
2017: Founding & Initial Focus
Jinzhou Shitan Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd. was officially founded in Jinzhou City, Shijiazhuang, Hebei Province in 2017. In the initial stage, the factory focused on processing core drilling accessories, including drill pipes, drill bits, oil seals and gearboxes, and mainly supplied drilling hardware for domestic regional construction teams. 2018-2020: Expansion & Equipment Production
From 2018 to 2020, the enterprise expanded its processing workshops and added complete assembly lines for drilling rigs and BW mud pumps. It shifted from only manufacturing spare parts to independent production of full sets of drilling equipment such as water well rigs and exploration rigs. Meanwhile, the company summed up field feedback continuously to upgrade equipment structures and solve common problems like oil leakage and unstable hydraulic pressure. Domestic sales expanded across most provinces of China. 2021-2023: International Market Entry
Between 2021 and 2023, the company completed import and export registration, gained formal export qualifications, and settled on Alibaba International Station to develop overseas markets.
