* The Y9-38 (A-type) centrifugal fan is specially designed for 0.5–35t/h industrial boilers equipped with economizers (preheaters) and smoke/dust removal systems. ·
* It adopts a high-temperature resistant impeller and an extended shaft with a cooling wheel, which effectively blocks heat transfer from the impeller to the motor housing, allowing continuous operation with flue gas temperatures up to 250℃. ·
* All models are direct-coupled (A-type) with heavy-duty motors. Standard fans use E-class insulation motors, while high-temperature variants use high-temperature resistant materials. ·
* It features high efficiency and low wear. Installing a dust removal system with ≥85% efficiency at the inlet is required to reduce flue gas dust content and extend service life. ·
* The overall structure is simple and reliable, making it easy to maintain for long-term industrial boiler operation.
The Y9-38 series is designed for boiler induced draft systems. It can handle flue gas temperatures up to 250℃. High-temperature resistant motor options are available for demanding applications. The impeller is made of wear-resistant materials to handle dust-laden flue gas.
· High-temperature resistance: The cooling wheel structure ensures safe motor operation even at high flue gas temperatures.
· High efficiency: Optimized impeller design reduces power consumption while maintaining high static pressure.
· Low wear: Wear-resistant materials and dust removal requirements minimize abrasion.
·
Rotating speeds range from 730r/min to 2900r/min with power from 4kW up to 200kW. Diversified speed-power collocations cover a wide flow and full pressure scope to satisfy different boiler tonnages and pipeline resistance requirements.
