* Model No.3A to No12A of POG type axial fan is assembled with adjustable aluminum impeller, cylindrical steel casing, streamlined air inlet and foot-mounted direct-drive motor. ·
* The impeller consists of multiple high-strength airfoil blades and central hub; each blade can be manually adjusted to different installation angles for flexible airflow regulation. ·
* These industrial ventilation axial fans are fabricated from premium carbon steel plate; all impellers finish strict static & dynamic balance calibration, featuring outstanding aerodynamic efficiency, high static pressure and low operating noise. ·
* The fan barrel casing adopts integrated fixed cylindrical welding structure with integrated base support, stable for wall-mounted or floor fixed installation. * Smooth circular inlet design guides airflow uniformly into impeller; the fan supports forward & reverse bidirectional ventilation to satisfy air supply or exhaust demand.
With adjustable blade pitch, large air volume, high pressure, energy saving and reversible airflow function, POG axial fans are ideal ventilation equipment for petroleum refining, alcohol processing, paint spraying & drying, rubber production, food and pharmaceutical workshops, factory warehouses and underground facilities.
Standard POG series is equipped with common three-phase asynchronous motor; flameproof YB-series explosion-proof motor can be optionally configured for flammable & volatile waste gas extraction on request. Anti-corrosion SUS304 stainless steel customized version is available for weak corrosive gas conveying.
Standard POG fan is suitable for transporting non-corrosive and non-toxic clean air. Equipped with explosion-proof motor, B-POG explosion-proof fan can exhaust volatile flammable gas. The conveyed medium shall not contain sticky substance or coarse solid particles, medium dust impurity ≤150mg/m³ and medium temperature not higher than 50℃.
Explosion-proof B - POG and anti-corrosion F - POG keep consistent airflow performance, specification parameters and installation outline dimension with standard carbon steel POG series, only motor or casing material is changed.
All POG models from 3A~12A support multi-speed matching and multi-angle blade adjustment; different rotating speed and blade pitch directly change fan flow & pressure to match on-site ventilation demand. Full technical parameters refer to the specification table of POG series.
