This series is heavy-duty industrial belt-driven centrifugal evaporative air coolers with full stainless steel welded cabinet, covering 6 airflow grades (20000/25000/30000/35000/45000/60000 m³/h), two air outlet directions (side LC / top LS) and two control types (single-speed / stepless variable frequency). It features ultra-high static pressure, long-distance duct air supply, large water storage tank, suitable for extra-large factories, airports, shopping malls and agricultural greenhouses covering 71–460 ㎡, especially for centralized ventilation duct engineering projects.

Material & Structural Properties

Full Corrosion-Resistant Frame Aluminum alloy uprights + fully welded stainless steel chassis, water tank and platform, advanced welding craft, rust-proof, acid & alkali resistant, easy to clean, matching food, chemical and high-humidity workshops. Reminder: Manual welding causes slight dimensional deviation of actual unit.

V-Belt Linked Double-Inlet Centrifugal Fan System Belt transmission multi-impeller fan design, higher air volume & static pressure than direct-drive axial coolers, direct air supply distance up to 130m, uniform wind distribution for long duct layout; low running noise, convenient disassembly & maintenance.

Two Optional Control Boxes (Both Optional Accessories) 

Single-speed control box: Fixed single gear, supports cooling, cleaning & ventilation; overload protection equipped, powered by 380V three-phase industrial electricity.

Stepless variable frequency control box: Infinite airflow adjustment, built-in temperature monitoring, full multi-protection (overcurrent, undervoltage, overload, phase loss, water shortage), 380V three-phase power supply.

Large Integrated Water Tank Built-in 85–126L large stainless steel water tank according to model grade, supporting long-time non-stop operation; reserved tap water inlet for automatic water replenishment system.

High-Density Honeycomb Cooling Pad Special composite corrugated paper cooling pad with super water absorption, mildew resistance, long service life, matched with top full-spray water distributor for uniform water film coverage.

Complete Safety Protection Water shortage auto-stop pump protection, motor overload & phase loss cut-off protection for both control versions.

Only applicable for indoor & shaded semi-open large industrial, commercial and agricultural ventilation cooling; avoid long-term direct sunlight exposure. Only clean tap water allowed for water tank filling, corrosive liquid forbidden.
