ZX/ZC/ZS/A1-S1 Series Standard Evaporative Air Cooler

This wall-mounted standard evaporative air cooler series includes six complete models with fixed 18000 m³/h airflow, sorted by 3 air outlet directions (downward ZX / side ZC / top ZS) and 2 grades of mechanical control (A-class / S-class). It adopts integrated anti-aging PP cabinet, matched with 1.1kW F-class axial-flow motor and 25L built-in water tank, widely applied to medium & large factories, supermarkets, schools and agricultural greenhouses covering 100–150 ㎡.

Material & Structural Properties

· Integrated thickened anti-aging PP plastic cabinet, wall hoisting installation design; detachable angle iron wall mount bracket is an optional non-standard accessory. Three air outlet layouts adapt different on-site wall height, beam and overhead pipeline conditions: downward air outlet (ZX, recommended priority if installation space permits), side air outlet (ZC), top air outlet (ZS).

· Two independent mechanical control grades for all models:

A-Class Mechanical Controller: Single fixed wind speed, supports cooling, regular cleaning, ventilation and swing wind functions; only equipped with phase loss protection, cost-effective for general low-risk industrial workshops.

S-Class Mechanical Controller: Single fixed wind speed, with full multi-protection including phase loss, overload, short-circuit and electric leakage, higher safety standard for chemical, metal processing and high-hazard production workshops.

· Dedicated 1.1kW F-class insulated axial-flow motor with IP54 dustproof & waterproof protection grade, outstanding high temperature & humidity resistance, high efficiency, low noise and stable 24-hour non-stop industrial operation, matched with 380V three-phase industrial power supply. Max static pressure reaches 180Pa for long-distance cool wind delivery.

· Optimized fluid mechanics axial-flow plastic fan wheel, smooth air duct to reduce wind resistance, balanced air intake & outlet for uniform wide-area cooling coverage.

· Built-in 25L environmental PP anti-aging water tank; under medium wind cooling mode, full water supports continuous operation for 6–8 hours, reserved tap water inlet interface for automatic water replenishment refitting.

· Thickened high-density special corrugated honeycomb cooling pad made of new polymer composite material, featuring ultra-high water absorption, mildew resistance, anti-aging and long service life.

· Foldable closed air inlet shutter blocks dust and insects during standby, easy to disassemble for daily cleaning maintenance.

· Intelligent water shortage protection system for both control versions: water pump and cooling functions auto shut down with alarm reminder when tank lacks water to avoid dry burning damage to cooling pad.

Usage Restrictions

Only applicable for indoor and shaded semi-open industrial, agricultural and commercial ventilation cooling scenarios; avoid long-term direct sunlight exposure. Only clean tap water can be filled into the water tank; corrosive, oily and chemical liquids are prohibited.
