The FLB Type FRP Horn-Shaped Negative Pressure Fan is a high-efficiency, corrosion-resistant ventilation unit designed for large-scale industrial cooling and air exchange. Constructed from fiberglass composite material, it features a unique horn-shaped design for enhanced airflow and performance.
· The fan casing and impeller are constructed from composite fiberglass material, offering excellent corrosion resistance and anti-aging properties.
· The motor is made of high-quality aluminum alloy, ensuring durability and lightweight performance.
· The horn-shaped design optimizes airflow, effectively separating axial and radial airflow for superior performance.
· The rear louvers are designed to open and close automatically based on the fan's operation, preventing back-draft.
· Horn-Shaped Design: The unique shape enhances airflow efficiency, making it ideal for large industrial spaces.
· Low Noise & Vibration: Optimized impeller design ensures quiet, stable operation with minimal mechanical noise.

The conveyed gas must not contain sticky substances. The concentration of dust and hard particles must not exceed 150mg/m³. The gas temperature must be ≤60°C, and the relative humidity can be up to 100%.
The series includes models from FLB-Ⅱ-560 to FLB-Ⅱ-1460, with power ranging from 0.37kW to 1.1kW and airflow rates from 8,000 to 45,000 m³/h.
