The FT30C Type FRP External Motor Axial Flow Fan is a belt-driven, corrosion-resistant axial flow fan constructed with a fiberglass composite casing and an externally mounted motor. Designed for duct applications, it features high efficiency, low noise, and reliable performance in corrosive environments. The external motor design isolates the motor from corrosive gases, extending its service life.
· The fan casing is constructed from high-performance fiberglass composite material, offering excellent corrosion resistance against acids, alkalis, and corrosive chemicals.
· External Motor Design: The motor is mounted on top of the fan cylinder and connected via a belt drive, isolating it from corrosive gases and ensuring a longer service life.
· The fan cylinder incorporates an external spherical plain bearing seat, providing a compact size and good sealing performance.
· Optimized aerodynamic design ensures smooth airflow, high static pressure, and efficiency.
· Superior Corrosion Resistance: The FRP casing provides long-term protection against corrosive gases, making it ideal for chemical and industrial duct systems.
· Motor Protection: The external belt-driven design keeps the motor away from corrosive gases, significantly reducing the risk of corrosion and failure.
· Flexible Installation: Suitable for series installation in long industrial ducts to boost pressure and airflow.
· Low Noise & Vibration: Balanced impeller and smooth airflow design ensure quiet, stable operation.
The conveyed gas must not contain sticky substances. The concentration of dust and hard particles must not exceed 150mg/m³. The gas temperature must be ≤60°C, and the relative humidity can be up to 100%.
The series includes models from 3.5C to 11.2C, with power ranging from 0.55kW to 7.5kW and speeds from 960r/min to 1600r/min.
