The Floor Raising System for Laying Hens is a comprehensive automated solution designed for intensive commercial layer farms. This system integrates automatic nesting, drinking, feeding, and environmental control functions to significantly improve egg production efficiency while reducing labor costs and egg breakage rates.
After hens lay eggs in the nest, eggs roll gently along the inclined soft pad to the bottom conveyor belt, which transports eggs to the centralized collection end automatically. This design avoids egg damage caused by stepping or pecking, with an egg breakage rate controlled within 1%.
Equipped with a timing-driven soft rod system that gently drives hens out of the nest after a set time (usually 5-10 minutes after laying). This prevents hens from occupying the nest for extended periods, avoids nest contamination and egg pecking, and maximizes nest utilization.
The main frame is constructed from galvanized steel and high-strength engineering plastic, providing corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and easy cleaning. The semi-closed nest entrance simulates the natural laying habits of hens, reducing stress and improving laying willingness.
Nipple-type drinkers are installed along the length of the house, providing clean drinking water for layers at any time. The sealed design effectively avoids water source pollution. The height of the drinker line is adjustable to accommodate layers of different ages, and it is equipped with a pressure reducing valve and filter to ensure stable and clean water supply.
Pan-type automatic feeders are connected to the main feed line, enabling timed and quantitative feeding that significantly reduces manual labor. The pan design prevents feed waste and avoids competition among layers, ensuring uniform feed intake for each chicken.
The house adopts an arched greenhouse structure, equipped with top ventilation windows, side-wall cooling pads and axial flow fans, implementing negative pressure ventilation with evaporative cooling to precisely control temperature, humidity and air quality. The floor is covered with litter or soil, suitable for the free-range behavior of floor-raised layers, and convenient for manure management.
Outer packing: Export-standard fumigated plywood cases/cartons (with official fumigation certificate for wooden packages), conforming to international shipping packaging standards.
Inner buffer: High-density foam, pearl cotton, air column bags, shock-proof paper, etc.
Sealing: High-strength waterproof tape for carton sealing; steel nails and packing belts for wooden case reinforcement.
