Product Overview
Y9-19 and Y9-26 type vertical furnace dedicated induced draft fans are developed for actual working conditions of vertical furnaces. A special optimization design is carried out to address the problems of large fluctuations in coal quality on site, increased system resistance due to the installation of dust removal equipment and waste heat utilization equipment, and insufficient fan suction force, resulting in the inability of the furnace to operate normally. This effectively solves the problem of insufficient ventilation caused by increased system resistance, provides sufficient negative pressure for the vertical furnace system, and ensures the continuous and stable operation of the entire process. It is suitable for extracting flue gas from metallurgical vertical furnaces and similar high resistance industrial furnaces.

Structural Composition
1. Shell: Steel plate welded thickened snail shell structure, with high overall rigidity and resistance to high temperature, dust and smoke erosion and wear. The shell is equipped with maintenance ports for easy internal dust cleaning and impeller inspection.

2. Impeller: It adopts a high-strength forward blade structure and is made of wear-resistant steel plates. The impeller has undergone strict dynamic balance verification and can operate continuously for a long time under high negative pressure and dusty flue gas conditions, with strong resistance to dust erosion.

3. Inlet: Convergent streamlined inlet reduces intake vortex loss, enhances fan pressure output capacity, and meets the requirements of high resistance system operating conditions.

4. Transmission components: High quality alloy steel main shaft is selected, matched with reinforced high-temperature resistant bearing box, coupling direct transmission, high transmission torque, stable and reliable operation.

5. Base: Steel welded integrated base, with integrated installation of fan host and motor. The base has strong rigidity, suppresses operational vibration, and facilitates on-site positioning and alignment.
