Product Introduction
The FRP anti-corrosion centrifugal fan is made of fiberglass (FRP) composite material and specially developed for the transportation of corrosive gases. The fan volute, impeller and other overcurrent components have excellent resistance to acid and alkali corrosion. The supporting shock-absorbing base structure can transport waste gases containing acid mist, salt mist and various corrosive substances. It is widely used in chemical, electroplating, pharmaceutical, sewage treatment, laboratory exhaust and other scenarios, solving the pain point of metal fans being easily corroded and damaged, and achieving safe exhaust of waste gases.

Structural Composition
1. FRP snail shell casing: High strength fiberglass integrated molding, acid and alkali resistant, and resistant to chemical corrosion; The shell flange bolt connection has high overall strength, smooth inner wall, and reduces the adhesion and crystallization of exhaust gas.

2. FRP impeller component: fiberglass centrifugal impeller, after dynamic balance correction, runs smoothly; Optimize the blade profile for corrosive gases, improve exhaust efficiency, and prevent erosion by corrosive media.

3. Drive motor components: Adopting anti-corrosion protection type motor, arranged in an external compartment, the motor is completely isolated from corrosive gases to prevent corrosive gases from corroding the motor winding and extend the service life of the motor.

4. Inlet protective mesh cover: A metal protective mesh is installed at the inlet end to prevent debris from entering the interior of the fan and protect the impeller.

5. Shock absorber base assembly: The steel structure base is paired with spring shock absorbers to effectively reduce equipment vibration, lower overall noise, and minimize vibration transmission to the building foundation.

Strong corrosion resistance: All overcurrent components are made of FRP fiberglass material, which can resist various corrosive exhaust gases such as hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, alkali mist, salt mist, etc., and is not easy to rust. Compared with carbon steel and stainless steel fans, it has a longer service life under strong corrosion conditions.

2. Gas isolation design: The motor has an external structure, and corrosive exhaust gas only flows through the fiberglass shell, without contacting the motor body, to prevent the motor from being corroded and damaged.

3. Smooth and low vibration operation: The impeller undergoes strict dynamic balance verification and is equipped with spring damping supports, resulting in low overall vibration and low operating noise.

4. Light weight and high strength: Fiberglass material has a much lower self weight than metal material, and the overall load of the equipment is small, making it easy to install on floors and platforms.

5. Excellent anti-aging performance: the resin matrix has anti ultraviolet performance, which can be used for a long time under outdoor conditions, and is not easy to crack and pulverize.

6. Easy disassembly and maintenance: The flange modular structure facilitates disassembly and maintenance of the impeller, as well as cleaning of attachments on the inner wall of the casing.
