YU-EG anti-corrosion and leak proof Roots blower is a specialized sealed Roots blower developed by DINKONDA GLOBAL for toxic, harmful, flammable, explosive, and highly corrosive special gas working conditions. By adopting a special shaft end sealing structure and anti-corrosion coating/material scheme, the risk of medium leakage can be minimized to the greatest extent possible, and hydrogen sulfide and chlorine gas can be transported VOC, Dangerous gases that conventional fans cannot handle, such as acid-base steam; The complete set of equipment is equipped with explosion-proof motors, safety valves, and base assemblies, suitable for process systems with strict gas leakage control in chemical, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, hazardous waste treatment, and other industries.

Structural Composition
1. Three Leaf Roots Host
High precision three blade rotor, with anti-corrosion coating treatment on the shell and precision machining on the inner cavity, resulting in minimal airflow pulsation and smooth operation; The shell flange and cavity reinforcement structure have good pressure bearing performance.

2. Multi combination leak proof sealing system
The shaft extension end adopts a multi pass composite sealing structure (mechanical seal+labyrinth seal+leak proof chamber), effectively preventing dangerous gases inside the shell from leaking outward along the transmission axis, and is the most core component of this machine.

3. Drive motor
Standard explosion-proof three-phase asynchronous motor, 380V-50Hz. Different explosion-proof standard motors can be selected according to the explosion-proof level requirements to meet the use in hazardous areas.

4. Transmission protection components
Belt pulley, transmission belt+yellow safety fence to protect transmission components and prevent personnel from touching, meeting safety production requirements.

5. Safety attachment
The export is equipped with safety valves, pressure measuring pipelines, automatic overpressure relief, real-time monitoring of fan working pressure, and protection of the entire machine and backend pipeline network.

6. Integrated steel base
The host and motor are pre installed and fixed on a common base, and coaxial calibration has been completed at the factory to reduce on-site installation and debugging workload.
