Product Overview
The BK series three leaf Roots blower is a mature volumetric pneumatic conveying equipment from DINKONDA GLOBAL. It adopts a three leaf rotor structure and is assembled in a complete set. It is equipped with a top imported muffler, a belt safety protection net, a drive motor, and a base integrated with a bottom outlet silencer and stabilizing pipe. The operating air pressure is stable, with small pulsation and strong overall rigidity. It is widely used in medium and high pressure gas supply conditions such as sewage treatment aeration, aquatic oxygenation, and material conveying.

Structural Composition
1. Roots host head: Three blade rotor, dual oil tank structure, high-strength gray cast iron material, forced displacement gas transmission, high pressure bearing capacity

2. Imported muffler: Top horizontal long tube intake muffler with protective grille and PepsiCo original factory logo, reducing intake noise and filtering dust

3. Transmission protection assembly: pulley+V-belt, equipped with a yellow framed metal safety net for reliable protection and easy maintenance

4. Drive motor: National standard three-phase asynchronous motor, 380V/50Hz, installed on a common base

5. Lower exhaust pressure stabilizing silencer: A horizontal silencer buffer tank is integrated below the base, with a flange outlet to reduce exhaust noise and stabilize output pressure

6. Integrated steel frame base: The base is welded as a whole and pre installed in the factory, reducing on-site installation workload and ensuring high stability of equipment operation
