Product Overview
BKW water-cooled Roots blower is a three bladed water-cooled volumetric blower developed by DINKONDA GLOBAL. It adds a circulating water cooling structure to the ordinary air-cooled Roots blower, which can effectively remove the working heat of the host and adapt to harsh working conditions such as high pressure, long-term continuous operation, and high ambient temperature. The whole machine consists of a three blade Roots mainframe, a vertical intake muffler, water-cooled cooling pipelines, pressure gauge components, belt protective cover, drive motor, and integrated base. The output air source is oil-free and the air pressure is stable. It is a specialized blower equipment for high temperature and high pressure working conditions.

Structural Composition
1. Three leaf Roots host: HT250 high-strength cast iron shell, three leaf rotor, water-cooled jacket on the outside of the cavity, dual oil tank splash lubrication, strong pressure bearing capacity

2. Vertical intake muffler: a vertical cylindrical intake muffler assembly that reduces intake noise and filters dust and impurities in the inhaled air

3. Water cooling system: The host comes with its own cooling water inlet and outlet, cooling pipeline, and external circulating cooling water to remove heat from the fan casing and control the overall temperature rise of the machine

4. Pressure monitoring component: integrated pressure gauge, oil discharge, exhaust auxiliary pipeline, real-time monitoring of outlet air pressure, convenient for daily inspection

5. Transmission protection components: belt+pulley transmission, equipped with a yellow safety cover on the outside for reliable protection and easy disassembly and maintenance

6. Drive motor: National standard three-phase asynchronous motor 380V/50Hz, optional explosion-proof and variable frequency configuration

7. Integrated steel base: Pre installed base for the entire machine, with the main engine and motor positioned coaxially, reducing on-site installation and debugging workload

2. Three bladed rotor with low pulsation and vibration: The three bladed rotor curve has small airflow pulsation, and the overall vibration and noise of the machine are better than those of the two bladed model

3. Oil free transportation of clean gas: There is no lubricating oil inside the air chamber of the fan, and the transported air is free of oil mist and impurities

4. Wide pressure adaptability: Volumetric gas transmission, air volume is basically not affected by changes in outlet pipe network resistance, and gas supply pressure is stable

5. Convenient maintenance: With few vulnerable parts, daily maintenance only requires regular replacement of gear oil, inspection of cooling water circulation, and belt tightness
