Product Overview
The D373H type worm gear transmission clamp three eccentric metal hard sealed butterfly valve is a high-performance regulating and shut-off valve that is resistant to high temperature, high pressure, and zero leakage. By relying on the principle of triple eccentric structure to eliminate friction between the valve seat and the sealing surface of the butterfly plate, the service life is greatly extended. It adopts a clamp type installation, and the valve body is made of cast steel material with a metal hard sealing pair, suitable for harsh working conditions such as high temperature steam, flue gas, oil, hot air, and high temperature media. It relies on a worm wheel handwheel to achieve manual opening and closing, which is easy to operate and has high torque. It is widely used in power plants, metallurgy, chemical industry, heating, petroleum and other industries' pipelines.
Structural Composition
1. Valve body: WCB cast steel, clamp type connection, overall blue anti-corrosion paint
2. Butterfly plate: eccentric structure, welded hard alloy, wear-resistant and high-temperature resistant
3. Valve seat: Metal hard seal, replaceable sealing pair
4. Valve stem: stainless steel, resistant to torsion and corrosion
5. Drive device: worm gear reducer+side mounted handwheel, equipped with position indicator sign, can be equipped with locking mechanism
6. Bottom base support, overall strong rigidity
