Product Overview
The GFDD series top blowing dry-type transformer cross flow cooling fan is a specialized forced cooling cross flow fan for dry-type transformers. It is installed at the top of the transformer and relies on cross flow air to uniformly blow along the winding surface, taking away the heat generated by the transformer's operation, reducing coil temperature rise, ensuring the load capacity of the dry-type transformer, and extending the service life of the transformer. It is an essential supporting heat dissipation component for dry-type transformers. This fan has a large air volume, uniform air output, low noise, compact size, and is widely compatible with 80-2500kVA dry-type transformers.

Structural Composition
1. Aluminum alloy casing
Adopting an aluminum alloy profile frame, it is lightweight, has good heat dissipation, anti-oxidation and anti rust properties, and is resistant to high temperatures. It is suitable for long-term high-temperature environments inside transformer cabinets, and the overall structure is sturdy and not easily deformed.

2. Crossflow turbine (impeller)
Galvanized multi blade drum impeller, subjected to high-precision dynamic balance correction; The cross flow structure can form a narrow and uniform airflow, which can supply air to a large area along the length direction of the transformer winding without any local dead corners.

3. Heat dissipation protective mesh cover
The air outlet is equipped with a metal protective grille to prevent foreign objects from being sucked into the impeller, while also dispersing the airflow, resulting in a smoother and more uniform air outlet.

4. Low noise drive motor
Built in high-temperature resistant brushless/shielded asynchronous motor with high insulation level, capable of continuous operation in transformer high-temperature environment for a long time; Supports AC220V conventional power supply, and can also be customized with 110V and 380V voltages.

5. Metal installation bracket flange
Stainless steel end plates are installed at both ends, with standard installation holes reserved, which can be directly fixed on the top of the dry-type transformer. It is easy to disassemble and assemble, and easy to maintain in the future.

6. Warning signs and nameplates
The body comes with a parameter nameplate and is strictly prohibited from touching safety warning labels. The model, power, voltage, and air volume parameters are clear, making it easy to select and maintain.
