Product Overview
D363H worm gear and worm welding triple eccentric metal hard seal butterfly valve adopts groove butt welding connection, manual operation of worm gear and worm handwheel, relying on the principle of triple eccentric frictionless metal seal, resistant to high temperature and high pressure, and resistant to medium erosion. The valve is directly welded to the pipeline to eliminate flange gasket leakage points, with good overall rigidity and strong seismic performance. The worm gear reduction structure can achieve high torque and labor-saving operation, suitable for medium and large diameter high-temperature and high-pressure working conditions. It can be used as a pipeline shut-off valve and can also achieve high-precision flow regulation. It is widely used in welded high-temperature and high-pressure pipeline systems such as thermal power plants, thermal pipelines, metallurgy, chemical industry, environmental dust removal, etc.

Structural Composition
1. Valve body: made of WCB cast steel material, with standard welding grooves on both ends, and groove dimensions in accordance with GB/T12224 standard. The overall strength of the valve body is high, resistant to pipeline deformation, and the outer surface is treated with anti-corrosion paint

2. Butterfly plate: Three eccentric structure, sealing surface welded with hard alloy, resistant to erosion and wear, able to withstand long-term erosion from media containing trace solid particles

3. Valve seat: replaceable elastic metal hard sealing pair, with bi-directional pressure sealing capability

4. Valve stem: Made of 2Cr13 stainless steel, with high torsional strength and corrosion resistance

5. Drive components: worm gear reduction mechanism+side mounted handwheel, reducing speed and increasing torque, easy to open and close, with built-in opening indicator plate, can be equipped with locking device to fix valve position

Product Features
1. Three eccentric frictionless seal
The triple eccentric geometric structure ensures that there is no sliding or scratching between the butterfly plate and the valve seat sealing surface during the valve opening and closing process, greatly reducing the wear of the sealing pair, extending the service life of the valve, and effectively avoiding valve jamming, biting, and internal leakage problems under high temperature conditions.

2. Metal hard seal with high temperature resistance
All metal sealing pair, with a maximum applicable temperature of 425 ℃, suitable for high-temperature media such as high-temperature steam, thermal oil, high-temperature flue gas, and hot air. It can transport fluids containing small amounts of dust and solid particles.

3. Bidirectional high-pressure seal
Capable of withstanding bidirectional pressure difference in pipelines, bubble level sealing, and leakage level up to level VI.

4. Butt welding connection
Directly groove weld the valve and pipeline to avoid leakage at the flange connection from the source; The valve body has a compact structure, which facilitates the overall insulation construction of pipelines and is suitable for pipelines with high pressure levels, large vibrations, and long-term continuous operation.

5. Worm gear manual transmission
Reduce speed and increase force, making it easier to open and close medium to large diameter valves; Equipped with an opening scale, it can visually observe the degree of valve opening and achieve flow regulation within a certain range without the need for external power or gas sources.
