Product Overview
D943H electric flange triple eccentric metal hard sealed butterfly valve, using flange connection+electric actuator drive. Relying on the three eccentric frictionless sealing structure, the metal hard sealing pair is resistant to high temperature and medium erosion, and can transport complex media such as high-temperature steam, flue gas, and trace solid particles. It can achieve on-site control and remote electrical control, compatible with DCS control system, and has a strong and seismic resistant flange connection method. It is widely used in industrial pipelines such as power plants, heating pipelines, metallurgy, chemical industry, etc. that require high temperature and high pressure and automatic regulation, to complete medium cut-off or flow regulation.

Structural Composition
1. 2Valve body: WCB cast steel material, integral flange structure, flange standard GB/T9113, high pressure bearing capacity, strong rigidity, surface anti-corrosion coating

2. Butterfly plate: Three eccentric structure, sealing surface welded with hard alloy, resistant to erosion and wear, suitable for working conditions containing trace particles

3. Valve seat: replaceable all metal hard sealing pair, supporting bi-directional pressure sealing

4. Valve stem: Made of 2Cr13 stainless steel, with high torsional strength and corrosion resistance

5. Drive device: switch type/intelligent adjustment type electric actuator, matched with manual emergency handwheel, equipped with valve opening display, can output 4-20mA analog signal

6. Bracket, high-strength fasteners, stable overall structure, easy disassembly and maintenance

Product Features
1. Three eccentric frictionless seal
The triple eccentric structure design ensures that the sealing surfaces of the butterfly plate and valve seat do not experience sliding friction during the valve opening and closing process, greatly reducing the wear of the sealing components, extending the service life of the valve, and effectively solving problems such as valve jamming, biting, and internal leakage under high temperature conditions.

2. Metal hard seal with high temperature resistance
All metal sealed structure, with a maximum temperature resistance of 425 ℃, suitable for high-temperature media such as steam, thermal oil, high-temperature flue gas, and hot air.

3. Bidirectional high-pressure seal
It can withstand bidirectional pressure difference in pipelines, with stable and reliable sealing performance, and a leakage level of up to level VI.

4. Electric automation control
Supports both on-site manual and remote electric operation modes; Adjustable type can continuously control valve opening, accurately adjust medium flow and pressure, and adapt to industrial automation control systems. When the power is cut off, the valve can be manually opened and closed through the built-in handwheel.

5. Flange connection
The two end flanges are directly connected to the pipeline flange bolts, with high connection strength and excellent seismic performance, suitable for working conditions with high pressure levels, large pipeline vibrations, and long-term uninterrupted operation.

6. Good circulation performance
Low flow resistance and high flow capacity, it can be used as a shut-off valve to achieve complete shut-off or as a regulating valve.
