Product Overview
The bypass type internal and external pressure balance metal compensator, also known as the internal and external pressure balance corrugated expansion joint, adopts a double corrugated pipe+intermediate balance cylinder bypass structure, with a specification of DN150 as shown in the diagram and flange connection. This product is specifically designed to absorb axial thermal expansion displacement of pipelines, and can balance the blind plate thrust generated by medium pressure on its own, greatly reducing the thrust load borne by pipeline fixed supports. It does not require the configuration of heavy-duty main fixed supports, greatly reducing the cost of pipeline construction. It is widely used in long-distance thermal pressure pipeline systems for high-temperature steam and hot water.

Structural Composition
1. Double group stainless steel corrugated pipe: A set of corrugated elements made of 304/316L stainless steel are installed at both ends, with one group bearing internal pressure and the other group bearing external pressure. The blind plate force is offset by the medium pressure, and it has excellent anti fatigue and anti deformation performance.

2. Intermediate balance cylinder (bypass shell): A carbon steel pressure cylinder with a bypass medium flow channel formed inside to achieve pressure balance. It is the core pressure bearing component for balancing thrust, and the outer wall is coated with anti-corrosion paint.

3. Guide tube: Built in guide tube to protect the corrugated pipe, prevent the medium from scouring the ripples at high speed, ensure smooth flow of the medium, and mark the flow direction of the medium.

4. Limit rod assembly: composed of rod, pressure plate, and adjusting nut, pre positioned at the factory to limit the maximum compensation amount of the product, withstand pressure thrust during pressure testing, and prevent damage to the corrugated pipe due to overtravel.

5. Flange connection end: Carbon steel flange, easy to connect and install with pipeline flanges, suitable for industrial pipe network flange connection conditions.

6. Nameplate identification: The shell is labeled with the product name, nominal diameter DN150, pressure rating, and flow direction identification.

1. Equipped with pressure balancing function, it effectively counteracts the huge blind plate thrust generated by the medium pressure. The fixed support has low stress and does not require the design of heavy-duty fixed supports, saving investment in pipeline construction.

2. Only absorbing axial displacement cannot compensate for lateral displacement and angular deflection. The pipeline system needs to be equipped with guiding sliding supports.

3. Double corrugated pipe structure, large compensation amount, high fatigue life, suitable for long-distance high-temperature thermal pipelines.

4. Flange connection, easy to install and disassemble, convenient for later maintenance and replacement.

5. The overall carbon steel shell is treated with anti-corrosion, and the corrugated pipe is made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel, suitable for steam and high-temperature hot water media.

6. Wide specification range: DN50-DN2000, nominal pressure PN0.6-PN4.0MPa, compensation amount and material can be customized according to working conditions.
