Product Overview
High pressure resistant corrugated metal compensator, belonging to the flange type high-pressure metal expansion joint, adopts a multi-layer thickened stainless steel corrugated pipe structure, matched with high-strength limit pull rod, thick wall flange and built-in guide tube, specially used for high-pressure working condition pipelines, absorbing axial thermal displacement generated by pipeline operation, while resisting the impact of high-pressure medium, ensuring the safe operation of pressure pipelines, suitable for pipeline systems with high pressure levels such as steam and process high-pressure fluids.

Structural Composition
1. Multi layer high-pressure stainless steel corrugated pipe: It is formed by stacking multiple layers of thin-walled materials, made of 304/316L stainless steel, which is resistant to high pressure and fatigue, improves pressure bearing capacity and compensation performance, and resists medium pressure impact.

2. Thick walled carbon steel flange: High pressure forged flange, increased flange thickness, dense distribution of bolt holes, matching high-pressure pipeline flange standards, ensuring connection sealing strength.

3. High strength limit rod assembly: composed of multiple sets of rods, adjusting nuts, and pressure plates. During the pressure testing phase, the entire medium thrust is borne, limiting the maximum tensile and compressive stroke of the corrugated pipe to prevent overpressure failure of the corrugated pipe; Remove the nut and release the compensation function before operation.

4. Built in guide tube: stainless steel guide tube, marked with arrows indicating the flow direction of the medium, buffering the flushing of the medium, protecting the ripples of the corrugated pipe, avoiding direct flushing of the corrugated parts by high-speed medium, and extending the service life.

5. Sealing and welding parts: Full penetration welding process, non-destructive testing of welds, to eliminate the risk of leakage under high pressure conditions.

1. High pressure resistance performance: Multi layer corrugated pipe structure, suitable for PN1.6-PN6.3MPa high pressure working conditions, strong pressure bearing capacity, strict weld inspection, anti explosion and anti leakage.

2. Absorbing axial thermal displacement, mainly compensating for axial expansion and contraction deformation of pipelines, not suitable for compensating for large lateral and angular displacements, the system needs to be equipped with guide supports.

3. High strength limit rod protection effectively protects the corrugated pipe during transportation and pressure testing, avoiding damage caused by overtravel.

4. Flange connection, easy disassembly and maintenance, high overall structural rigidity, and resistance to external pipeline disturbances.

5. The corrugated pipe is made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel and is suitable for high-temperature steam, hot water, and various process media, with a wide range of temperature applications.
