Our Horizontal Multi-Tube Water-Cooled Slag Cooler is professional bottom slag processing equipment specially designed for CFB circulating fluidized bed boilers, biomass power plants, waste incineration stations, and coal-fired industrial boilers.
Adopting a horizontal rotary cylinder structure with built-in dense layered cooling tube bundles, this equipment enables full-contact heat exchange between circulating cooling water and high-temperature furnace slag. It integrates high-temperature slag cooling, stable slag conveying, furnace ash transportation, and slag waste heat recovery into one comprehensive system.
Stable Horizontal Rotary Operation Design: Horizontal layout with low-speed rotation ensures even material advancement without accumulation or blockage, minimizing equipment failure rates during continuous operation.
Wear & High-Temperature Resistant Components: Critical parts including rotary joints, end covers, and drive shafts use high-temperature alloys to prevent deformation, cooling water leakage, and ash overflow under sustained thermal loads.
Variable Frequency Adjustable Capacity: VFD driving system allows flexible adjustment of cylinder rotation speed to match slag discharge volume with actual boiler operating load.
