The Horizontal Membrane Water Wall Slag Cooler is a high-efficiency waste heat recovery and cooling equipment specially developed for circulating fluidized bed boilers, biomass power plants, waste incineration furnaces and coal-fired industrial boilers.
Different from traditional tube-type slag coolers, it adopts an integrated full membrane water wall cylinder structure, with the entire barrel wall serving as the heat exchange surface. High-temperature furnace slag directly contacts the water-cooled membrane wall to realize rapid cooling, meanwhile efficiently recovering high-grade waste heat from hot slag. It integrates slag conveying, cooling and waste heat utilization as one unit, solving the common defects of insufficient heat exchange, slag blockage, water leakage and short service life of conventional slag coolers.
