The F540V is a direct OEM replacement filter element engineered for Ingersoll Rand compressed air systems. It effectively eliminates oil vapor, submicron particles, and liquid condensate, ensuring downstream equipment operates reliably in critical environments like laser optics protection, electronic component assembly, and abrasive blasting.
This cartridge features high-density activated carbon bed that adsorbs hydrocarbon vapors, achieving a residual oil content of just 0.003 ppm and a particulate filtration rating of 0.01 micron. Such purity meets ISO8573-1 Class 1 requirements for oil and particles.
Designed for moderate to high flow demands, the F540V handles 9 Nm³/min at standard conditions. Its pressure drop is ≤0.01 bar, translating to 5–7% energy savings compared to standard elements. The robust construction with engineering plastic end caps and Buna-N seals ensures leak-free operation up to 2.0 MPa and 80°C.
