The EXOMIST047023 is a high capacity coalescing filter element engineered to replace Flotech R-32075 cartridges in large compressed air systems. This element serves central compressor stations and main plant air headers where high volume air distribution demands robust filtration with extended service intervals.
The micro glass fiber media captures oil aerosols and solid particles down to 1 micron while limiting residual oil carryover to 1 ppm. This meets ISO8573-1 Class 3 requirements, suitable for large scale factory air distribution, multi-building plant networks, and heavy industrial applications where dependable coarse filtration keeps production running.
Rated at 8.5 Nm3/min, this element supports the highest flow in the R series family, serving multiple production zones simultaneously. The extended body design provides ample media volume for high dirt holding capacity, enabling longer change intervals in dusty industrial environments. Clean pressure drop stays below 0.01 bar, contributing to 5-7% energy savings over the 8000-hour service life. The 0.55 kg weight reflects the robust construction needed for high flow, high pressure operation.
Buna-N seals and engineering plastic end caps provide reliable operation from 1.5 to 80 deg C at pressures up to 2.0 MPa, compatible with all common compressor lubricants. The element fits standard large housings found in central compressor rooms and main air headers.
