EXOMIST047022 Deep Body Coalescing Element – Flotech R-22075 Replacement
The EXOMIST047022 is a deep body coalescing filter element engineered to replace Flotech R-22075 cartridges in mid-large compressed air systems. At 225 mm tall with a 75 mm diameter, this element offers generous media volume for applications requiring extended service intervals and reliable coarse filtration in factory air distribution networks.
The micro glass fiber media captures oil aerosols and solid particles down to 1 micron while limiting residual oil carryover to 1 ppm. This meets ISO8573-1 Class 3 requirements, suitable for plant air distribution, multi-station workshop supply, pneumatic networks, and general industrial applications where high precision filtration is not required.
Rated at 5.58 Nm3/min, this element supports mid-large flow workshop applications serving multiple workstations or equipment. The extended 225 mm body provides significantly more media area than standard 100-150 mm cartridges, enabling longer change intervals and lower maintenance frequency. Clean pressure drop stays below 0.01 bar, contributing to 5-7% energy savings over the 8000-hour service life. The 0.4 kg weight enables quick, tool-free cartridge replacement.
Buna-N seals and engineering plastic end caps provide reliable operation from 1.5 to 80 deg C at pressures up to 2.0 MPa, compatible with all common compressor lubricants. The 75 mm diameter fits standard mid-large housings found in central compressor rooms and main plant air headers.
