Donald son P-0035 Replacement Filter Element - Cross Reference YM046001
The P-0035 is a general purpose compressed air pre filter cartridge designed as a direct replacement for Donald son P-0035 and compatible housings. It captures solid contaminants down to 3 microns including dust, rust particles, and pipe scale, while reducing residual oil content to 5 ppm. The micro fiberglass depth media provides efficient particulate removal with low flow resistance.
Rated at 0.58 Nm3/min, this element is ideal for compressor aftercooler protection, refrigerated air dryer pre-treatment, and general industrial pneumatic applications. Clean pressure drop is ≤0.01 bar, delivering energy savings over the 8000 hour service life. Weight is only 0.15 kg for easy handling.
The P-0035 fits standard filter housings with 49 mm diameter and 83 mm length dimensions. Engineering plastic end caps and Buna-N seals ensure reliable operation from 1.5 to 80°C and pressures up to 2.0 MPa.
