EXOMIST070048 High Precision Coalescing Element - SPX UF-08 Replacement
The EXOMIST070048 is a high precision coalescing filter element designed to replace SPX UF-08 cartridges in medium flow compressed air systems. Its micro fiberglass media captures oil aerosols and solid particulates down to 0.01 micron while limiting residual oil carryover to 0.001 ppm. This performance meets ISO8573-1 Class 1 for oil content, making it ideal for sensitive equipment including laser cutting, electronics assembly, and sandblasting.
Rated at 4.45 Nm3/min, this element supports medium flow applications. The 62x176 mm dimensions fit standard housings with limited space. Clean pressure drop remains below 0.01 bar, contributing to 5-7% energy savings over the 8000-hour service life. Weight is only 0.3 kg for effortless changeout.
