EXOMIST070038 High Flow Coalescing Element - SPX HF-13 Replacement
The EXOMIST070038 is a high flow coalescing filter element engineered to replace SPX HF-13 cartridges in large compressed air systems. Its 120 mm diameter and 301 mm length provide substantial media volume, delivering 16.08 Nm3/min capacity while maintaining oil carryover at 0.01 ppm and particulate removal down to 0.01 micron. This meets ISO8573-1 Class 2 for oil content, suitable for laser cutting, electronics assembly, and sandblasting.
Clean pressure drop stays below 0.01 bar, saving 5-7% compressor energy over the 8000-hour life. Buna-N seals and engineering plastic end caps ensure reliable operation from 1.5 to 80 deg C at pressures up to 2.0 MPa.
