Releasing device for a roller is high effective, as per press machine’s cam position electronic signal, and steel material thickness. 10. User inputs feeding length number at a touch screen by finger, feeder can feed steel material to reach that length. 11.Feeding roller is hollow, surface hardness is HRC60, with chrome plating.
How to use this machine?
(1) In manual mode, the operator feeds the tape into the machine using a switch that controls two pneumatic clamping cylinders and the feed motor. (2) Next, a control run is performed to reset the encoder value. (3) The operator sets the length and number of workpieces to be cut. (4)Presses "automatic start" active the automatic mode , and the machine starts working according to the entered data. (5) After cutting the last workpieces, the machine stops and switches to manual mode, then the operator can enter new order data or repeat the previous one.
