Easy Operation
Connect power and air source, test the machine to ensure stable operation, and check that the clutch, brake, and safety devices work normally.
Adjust the mold position and punching pressure according to your material thickness and product requirements; mold adjustment precision reaches 0.1mm for accurate stamping.
Place the material on the workbench, align it with the mold precisely to avoid deviation and material waste.
Switch to automatic or manual mode to start production; the machine runs stably, with automatic stop and alarm in case of overload, misalignment, or other abnormalities.
