Operation is straightforward: set the feeding length directly on the touch screen interface, with multi-stage feeding program capability. The machine delivers stable feeding accuracy and high-speed performance, and can be integrated with uncoilers and straighteners to form fully automatic stamping production lines. This automation replaces manual feeding, reduces defective parts, and significantly increases production capacity. 1. In manual mode, the operator feeds the strip into the machine using a switch that controls two pneumatic clamping cylinders and the feed motor.
2. Perform a control run to reset the encoder value.
3. Set the length and number of workpieces to be cut on the control interface.
4. Press "automatic start" to activate automatic mode — the machine begins working according to the entered data.
5. After cutting the last workpieces, the machine stops and switches to manual mode, allowing the operator to enter new order data or repeat previous settings.
