Safe operation process of PSA nitrogen generator:
When the pressure of the compressed air source reaches 0.7MPa or more, open the shut-off valve at the main inlet of the nitrogen generator, and adjust the pressure of the pressure reducing valve at the working air source of the pneumatic valve to 0.4-0.5Mpa; The outlet valve and sampling valve, turn off the power switch of the nitrogen generator. Pay attention to observe whether the pressure of the two adsorption tanks and the operation of the pneumatic valve are normal. The system and pipelines must be completely depressurized; the exhaust gas discharged from the system is concentrated oxygen, pay attention to fire safety, and the indoor air flow is unobstructed; adjust the sampling pressure reducing valve of the oxygen analyzer to adjust the pressure to 1.0bar, adjust the sampling flowmeter, and adjust the gas volume to 1.0 bar. 1 or so, pay attention to the sampling gas volume should not be too large. Start testing for nitrogen purity. The blowdown valve is regularly discharged during the operation of the air compressor. Turn on the power switch of the nitrogen generator on the electric control cabinet of the PLC main station clockwise.
