Their PFA/PTFE wetted surfaces are ideal for use in high-purity applications where chemical compatibility is of utmost importance. These heaters provide high-efficiency heating with superior temperature control and maximum power output in a compact footprint. Available in various sizes that easily fit new and existing systems common to semiconductor, solar, MEMs, and other technological industries.

Low watt density, fluoropolymer (PTFE) sleeved bottom heater with flexible riser. Single phase. 1000-6000 watts, 120-600 volts.
HXO SERIES
Low watt density, O shaped fluoropolymer (PTFE) sleeved 304 stainless elements inert to most solutions. 500-9000 watts, 120-600 volts.
HXF SERIES
Low-watt density, spiral heater. Fluoropolymer (PTFE) sleeved 304 stainless elements inert to most solutions. 500-6000 watts, 120-600 Volts.
HX SERIES

X SERIES COIL
Excellent chemical compatibility and rugged design for heating or cooling applications. All wetted parts of fluoropolymer (FEP, PFA or PTFE) construction. Eliminates stray currents. PFA coils available for steam service up to 60 PSI (10 PSI minimum required).
