Its optimized liquid state ensures deep penetration and uniform coverage of intricate geometries, delivering robust environmental resilience and mechanical durability. Fully compliant with RoHS/REACH and halogen-free, this material supports continuous operation from –40°C to 120°C, with tensile strength ≥8 MPa and water absorption ≤0.5%, ensuring long-term reliability in demanding outdoor and vehicular environments.
– Color Options: Supplied in white, black, or beige to accommodate aesthetic and functional design needs.
– Mechanical Robustness: Shore A hardness 72–88, tensile strength ≥8 MPa, elongation ≥50%, offering excellent resistance to shock and vibration.
– Dielectric Performance: Volume resistivity ≥1.0×10¹³ Ω·cm, dielectric strength ≥16 kV/mm, ensuring dependable electrical isolation.
– Efficient Processing: Mix ratio 1:4, pot life 24–40 minutes; tack-free in 2–3 hours, fully cured in 4–6 hours at 25°C (or ≤60 minutes at 60°C).
– Thermal Durability: Maintains stability across –40°C to 120°C, withstanding both severe cold and prolonged high-temperature exposure.
