This air filter metal frame is the core support component for filter media encapsulation. It is available in aluminum alloy, stainless steel, and galvanized steel: the aluminum alloy version is lightweight and rust-resistant, suitable for household filters; the stainless steel version is corrosion-resistant and durable, suitable for high-humidity industrial environments; and the galvanized steel version is cost-effective, suitable for mass-produced commercial filters. The metal frame is formed using a precision bending process, which can stably fix HEPA, activated carbon, needle-punched cotton, and other filter media, preventing filter deformation and air leakage. It is the basic structural component of the air filter.

Supports full-dimensional size customization: The outer frame size can be adjusted according to the diameter (circular), side length (square), and perimeter (irregular shape) of the customer's filter. The thickness can be flexibly set between 5-20mm, and structural details such as frame openings and slots can also be customized. Whether it's the mini frame of a small desktop air purifier filter or the extra-large frame of a large industrial purification equipment, it can be precisely matched, solving the structural adaptation problem of non-standard filters.

Furthermore, the aluminum alloy surface is anodized, providing excellent rust resistance and preventing rust and flaking even after long-term use, ensuring the filter's internal cleanliness and preventing secondary pollution.

The metal frame is manufactured using CNC bending and laser welding processes, with dimensional tolerances controlled within a specified range.
