Our ACF (Activated Carbon Fiber) filtration material utilizes high-quality activated carbon with an iodine value of 800. This high-grade carbon offers exceptional adsorption capabilities for formaldehyde, volatile organic compounds (VOCs), ammonia, and various odors. We strictly avoid using low-quality recycled carbon materials to ensure stable and long-lasting deodorization performance.
2. Substrate: Polyester Fiber Composite with Activated Carbon
This roll material features a durable polyester non-woven substrate impregnated with activated carbon particles. The polyester base offers excellent tensile strength, tear resistance, and flexibility. Even under continuous airflow, the material resists carbon dust shedding, thereby preventing secondary contamination of downstream filtration components and equipment.

The ACF filter material is available in rolls and can be cut into sheets or strips, or die-cut into various custom shapes. Thickness options include 3mm, 5mm, 8mm, and 10mm.
