Our green and white floor filter is a bottom-capturing filter material specifically designed for spray booths. Its gradient-density polyester fiber structure effectively captures overspray paint mist falling onto the spray booth floor, protecting the drainage system and reducing cleaning workload.
Made with high-quality gradient-density polyester fibers. The high-density green layer faces upwards, capturing larger paint droplets and denser paint mist; the fluffy white bottom layer firmly locks in fine residual paint particles, preventing paint leakage and drain clogging.
High paint absorption capacity prevents rapid surface clogging. It maintains consistently low air resistance, thus maintaining the downward airflow balance designed for the spray booth, ensuring consistently perfect spraying results.
Uses a hot-melt one-piece molding process, eliminating the need for chemical adhesives. The flexible and durable fibers will not break or shed, preventing fiber debris from getting into wet paint and causing defects in the painted workpiece.
Designed for floor filtration in automotive repair paint booths, furniture painting workshops, and metal coating production lines. It works perfectly with ceiling filters and intake pre-filters to form a complete 3-stage paint booth filtration system.
