High-Efficiency Filtration
This extractor features a Filter Cartridge Dust Collector structure, boasting a 99.9% filtering rate. It effectively captures particles as small as 0.3 - 0.5 μm and 1 Micron, making it ideal for removing fine dust and smoke from laser and grinding activities. Employing a Pulse Dust Collector type with Pulse Jet cleaning, it keeps filter cartridges clear of dust buildup, maintaining peak filtration performance over time.
Working Principle
Via fan gravity, smoke and dust are drawn into the equipment's air inlet through a collection cover. A preliminary filter at the inlet blocks sparks; soot gas then enters a settlement chamber. Here, gravity and upward airflow cause coarse dust particles to fall directly into a dustbin, while soot particles are trapped on the outer surface of a filter element. Clean gas is filtered and purified by the cartridge before being discharged via the air outlet, meeting air quality standards.
The dust collector can be a one-piece unit or connected separately—small models are typically one-piece for easy customer installation and use. Fitted with casters, it can be moved to any workstation as needed.
