QHBP60B Six-Axis Flexible Airbag Polishing Machine is a high-performance precision machining equipment and a pro-vider of comprehensive precision machining solutions. It features multiple core advantages: in terms of efficiency, it e-nables high-efficiency conformal polishing to meet fast material removal needs; in terms of precision, it can rapidly con-verge to high surface accuracy, and its unique precessional polishing technology not only enhances surface quality but also effectively controls edge effects; in terms of flexibility, its six-axis linkage design and a wide range of polishing too-ls allow it to handle tasks from high-efficiency material removal to ultra-precision polishing; it also has strong expand-ability, with a proprietary CNC system and CAM software that support customizable function development according to customer needs, and excellent cost-effectiveness, as it has low daily operation and maintenance costs beyond the one-time equipment purchase cost. In terms of processing characteristics, it is equipped with a unique non-orthogonal ro-tary swing arm with precessional motion—this design prevents the polishing speed at the contact zone center from dro-pping to zero , generates random surface textures for better surface quality, and supports a quasi-Gaussian removal fu-nction to facilitate surface figure convergence. It also has adjustable-pressure series airbag polishing heads that ensure good conformity with the workpiece surface, and when combined with advanced CAM algorithms, further improve poli-shing efficiency and workpiece surface quality. The machine is supported by an open-architecture CNC system and pr-ofessional optical polishing CAM software . It also offers versatile polishing tools, including various airbag tools for diff-erent processing needs and compatibility with other types of polishing tools to enhance flexibility. Its proven machining cases cover optical componentsand optical moulds , and a rapid polishing test on aspherical monocrystalline silicon s-howed that deep grinding marks were significantly reduced after 10 hours of polishing and completely removed after 32 hours.

The QHBP60B is mainly used for high-precision polishing, surface figure correction, grinding mark removal, and ultra-precision finishing of freeform optical surfaces, aspherical parts, optical molds, monocrystalline silicon parts, and precision glass components.
Freeform surfaces require flexible polishing angles and accurate surface conformity. The QHBP60B uses six-axis CNC linkage and flexible airbag polishing technology, allowing the polishing tool to follow complex curved surfaces more smoothly and achieve stable polishing quality.
Flexible airbag polishing allows the polishing head to fit the workpiece surface closely. It is especially suitable for curved and irregular optical surfaces, helping improve polishing uniformity, reduce surface defects, and achieve better final surface quality.
Precessional polishing helps prevent the polishing speed at the contact center from dropping to zero. It reduces center defects, improves polishing uniformity, generates better surface texture, and helps control edge effects during optical polishing.
